Director

Mitch has over 30 years of experience supporting people with complex needs and is dedicated to delivering high-quality therapeutic and behaviour support. He is passionate about rights-based, person-centred practice that creates meaningful and lasting change. His areas of expertise include complex needs, developmental trauma, disrupted attachment, intellectual disability, disability forensic, out-of-home care, and support for children, adolescents, and adults.

Manager Training and Therapeutics

VIC and NSW - Statewide

Steph has over 20 years of experience across the disability, community, and education sectors and is dedicated to empowering people of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential. She works collaboratively with families and teams to create meaningful, lasting change that enhances wellbeing, reduces restrictive practices, and strengthens relationships. Her areas of expertise include autism, intellectual disability, out-of-home care, adults, and dual diagnosis.

Amber

Lead Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner

VIC - Gippsland East

Amber brings warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to person-centred, strength-based practice. She is passionate about positive support that fosters wellbeing and resilience for participants and their carers. Her expertise includes education and school settings, supporting children and young people, and providing tailored support for Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory needs, and visual communication.

Anneke

Lead Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner

VIC - Melbourne South & Outer East

Anneke is passionate about supporting families and formal supports through collaboration to create the best possible quality of life outcomes for individuals. With extensive experience in the prison and forensic sectors, as well as supporting people with dual disability, she is committed to helping people thrive and access the right supports to meet their needs. Her areas of expertise include children and families, complex behaviour, dual disability, forensic disability, and intellectual disability.

Aletta brings a strong forensic background and a deep understanding of youth justice, autism, and neurobiology to her practice.
