Recently, I had a profound discussion with one of our staff members about compensation and career aspirations. This conversation not only highlighted the importance of aligning personal goals with organisational values but also shed light on the unique opportunities CBChange offers.

Our employee, passionate about making a difference, shared their lifestyle aspirations and the salary they believed necessary to achieve them. As we delved into the details of their current role as a Core Practitioner, it became evident that the combination of our Base Salary and Bonus potential alone offered them the ability to earn over $108,000 annually with CBChange. When you add Super on top it grows to over $120,000, not to mention allowances and exceptional in-house professional development programs, the impact of which on their career as a relatively new grad is immeasurable. This revelation led to a broader conversation about career progression opportunities within CBChange.
