Inclusive Therapeutics is a division of CBChange dedicated to providing safe and high-quality therapeutic behaviour support services to individuals of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to understand people, transform lives, and co-create an inclusive world.
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including consultation, assessment, planning, intervention, review, mentoring and coaching, supervision, and therapeutics. Our team operates across various sectors such as disability, education, out-of-home care, aged care, and justice.
As a registered NDIS provider, Inclusive Therapeutics is committed to delivering services that embrace complexity and enhance the quality of life for individuals, families, teams, and organisations experiencing complex and concerning behaviour.

Our practitioners are trained in the BASIC System™, a person-centred and trauma-informed model developed by CBChange Director Mitch, that aligns with the NDIS Commission Behaviour Support Capability Framework. This system underpins everything we do and ensures consistency, quality, and compassion in our approach.
Our People
Inclusive Therapeutics operates under the leadership of Mitch, founder of CBChange and a seasoned clinician with over 20 years of experience. Mitch is a registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and certified Therapeutic Supervisor in the BASIC System™. His expertise spans disability, trauma, mental health, forensic disability, and therapeutic residential care.
