Her areas of expertise include children and families, complex behaviour, dual disability, forensic disability, and intellectual disability.

Amber brings warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to person-centred, strength-based practice. She is passionate about positive support that fosters wellbeing and resilience for participants and their carers. Her expertise includes education and school settings, supporting children and young people, and providing tailored support for Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory needs, and visual communication.

Naomi brings experience working within youth justice and with adults, families, and teams to create meaningful, person-centred outcomes. She is passionate about strengths-based practice that empowers people to build on their capabilities, enhance quality of life, and foster positive change. Naomi works collaboratively to reduce restrictive practices and promote compassionate, supportive environments where individuals and their networks can thrive.
