Rhianna is your local Therapeutic Behaviour Support Practitioner in Geelong, supporting children, adolescents, families, and care teams to better understand behaviour and build meaningful, practical strategies for change.

With a Graduate Diploma of Education (Primary) and 16 years teaching experience, Rhianna brings a strong understanding of children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within school environments and family systems.


She works collaboratively with families, educators, and allied professionals to develop strengths-based behaviour support plans that enhance safety, connection, and participation across home, school, and community environments.

Rhianna takes a calm, thoughtful, and collaborative approach, focusing on understanding behaviour within the broader context of a person’s experiences, relationships, and needs. Her work is always centred on empowering the people around the participant to create sustainable change.
